How it works

  1. Tell us your goal. Call or send the form. A trainer calls back to ask about your goal, schedule and history.
  2. Do a first session. An hour of movement screening, a light workout and a conversation about what's realistic.
  3. See the plan and the price. You get a written program and the per-session or monthly price before anything is booked.
  4. Train and adjust. Sessions are tracked, and the plan changes as you get stronger or your schedule shifts.

Training in Tampa, honestly

Heat, humidity and a work-from-anywhere culture change how people here actually get fit.

Ten months of heat

Outdoor running and bootcamps are miserable from May through October. Programs here lean on indoor strength work in summer and move outside when it cools.

Strength training

Home gyms are everywhere

Garage gyms and condo fitness rooms mean a lot of Tampa residents never want to drive to a big box gym. In-home training uses what you already have.

In-home training

Retirees and new arrivals

Tampa Bay has a large population over 60 and a steady stream of people who just moved here. Both groups need a program that starts where they are.

Senior fitness

Travel-heavy jobs

Consultants, sales teams and remote workers who live here and work everywhere need a plan that survives a hotel gym.

Common questions

Are the trainers certified?

Yes. Training is delivered by certified personal trainers who hold a current certification from a nationally accredited body, plus CPR and AED certification, and who carry liability insurance.

How often do I need to train?

Two sessions a week is where most people see steady progress. One a week works when you'll do the written workouts on your own in between.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. The first session meets you wherever you are, including if you haven't exercised in years or have an old injury to work around.

Where do sessions happen?

At a partner gym, at your home or building gym, at a park, or online over video. Most people mix two of those.

Can you help with eating?

Nutrition coaching covers habits, portions and planning. It isn't medical nutrition therapy, and anyone managing a diagnosed condition should also work with their doctor or a registered dietitian.
